This recipe was produced by natural fermentation of ginger spice, natural yeast, sugar, lemon and cloves. The entire process takes about 5-6 days, and the finished product is completely worth the wait.

IMPORTANT NOTE: During carbonation make sure you uncork bottle once a day to release pressure, failure to do this may result in the bottle exploding.

Don't use square bottles for this unless you're sure they're rated for pressure. Flat walls are much weaker than circular ones, and you're asking for a bottle explosion.
