Can I recommend my favorite book of all time? Lol I'm gonna do it. So my favorite book for years has been "The Host" by Stephanie Meyer, and yes there was a movie that is okay but the book really has the heart of it. The book is told from basically an alien perspective but as she is living in a human and living among other humans they find they have more in common with each other than they would have thought. I reread it again every few years and it hasn't changed how good the book is it just gets better. It is incredibly reflective on just what it means to have humanity and really makes you appreciate life, the perspective is amazing.

My favorite book ever is 'Carrie' by Stephen King. It's a short book, but it's a great read. I just reread it for the 50th anniversary, and I loved it just the same as the first two times. Just don't talk to me about the movies. That'll get messy fast.
