Most eggs in USA don`t get sterilized/steamed/treated and have a high chance of getting salmonella so people have kind of gotten to the point of avoiding or even thinking its discus ting... And raw egg is never 100% safe, japan just has higher standards for chicken coops and food treatment

It makes sense egg in the US is just cooked with oil so basically we are just eating egg but with oil

As delicious as that looks, I just couldn’t get past the texture of the raw egg. But the rest looks awesome

Only in Japan you can eat raw. In the U.S you already sick unless you’re a tough person😂
