CLARIFICATION: After agreeing to buy, he changed his mind because Twitter would not disclose the actual number of users vs. bots. In Twitter’s financial statements it assumed 5% but refuses to prove it. Many people think this is very off and actual might be up to 20%. The number of real users drives the economic value so it is important to know.
