Mmmmmm.....the Yuzu is easy to peel and even the peel tastes fruity and has the aroma of flowers! The yellow and green flesh has segments which are easy to separate and the taste is delicious and surprisingly sweet making it a fruity delight!

It's the most sophisticated variety amongst all citrus fruit.. to understand and appreciate its potential in the kitchen a trip to Japan is a must.. Japanese women also drop dozens of fruit into
the bath and have a good soak to explore skin rejuvenating properties.. Nice video .. thank you, there is not much information on the internet about Yuzu cultivation outside Japan.
very slow and fussy growers in pots, ( if you take an unorthodox route of growing them from seeds ) take 8+ years to produce these wonderful fruit.. beware of slugs and vinevils that devour their leaves and roots.. it will be labour of love..

I've just gotten a small Yuzu tree. Probably no fruit for several years but I am optimistic. In a sheltered area I'm hoping it will grow well in the ground however the first few years will be in a container and moved into the garage for the winter.
Thank you for a very informative video. There is little on YouTube about Yuzu.
