4:18 I like the Genshin System because it feels like it gives me what I want, or decent alternatives, more often compared to other gacha games I’ve played in the past. Reaching 180 pulls is painful, but at least you’d get the character you want when you do. If I remember correctly most of my past gacha games didn’t have a method to get a specific character.

4:32 as someone who has played a ton of other gachas, including hoyo's very own ggz and hi3 prior to genshin, I never liked the 50/50 system too. I love genshin but I'm positive that people who claim its "the most f2p-friendly thing ever" hasn't actually played any other gacha for a prolonged period of time to even compare it to. that's not to say that you can't play genshin as f2p because you totally can(I'm f2p on 2 accs and 36 star abyss) but genshin is still mid at best at being "f2p-friendly" all things considered.

there are plenty of gachas that shower its players with lots of premium stuff, hard pity that actually guarantees its featured character w/o involving a bs 50/50 system, free pulls every so often if not at least 1 per day, as well as events rewards(or even just log-in bonus) that even give out free 5 star-equivalent character in genshin, and especially during anniversaries.
