WARNING TO F2P PLAYERS SKIPPING SHOREKEEPER

With the recent drip marketing of Camellya and the upcoming release of Shorekeeper in Wuthering Waves, some F2P players are facing a tough choice. Should you prioritize Shorekeeper or the highly anticipated Camellya? Both characters are amazing in many ways but let's discuss why skipping Shorekeeper in particular may be regrettable.

One thing that scares me is 2.0 limited characters. I think it will be a big update

It’s a very simple choice. Support characters are infinitely more time proof than any other. Especially in a game that barely has a roster of supports in the first place. Her sig weapon might be a must pull aswell, since it boost team dmg aswell, it’s the premium support weapon.

As soon as I saw butterflies and the word "healer" was droped i Already decided on Shorekeeper. Camellia can go suck apples until her rerun because I've already got a drop-dead-gorgeous DPS in Changli and don't need to stress on getting another potential DPS anytime soon (she clearly looks like a DPS) im a f2p rover with her priorities straight

I'm definitely pulling for Shorekeeper and her weapon. I don't have Verina, and I've been managing with Baizhi on one of my teams. Gonna give Camellya a skip, because I'm more interested in other characters. But for all you Camellya wanters, good luck with your pulls!

Another option is to assess Youhu's kit once she drops and see if she will be good enough to cover Shorekeeper's role. Probably won't be a vacation for Verina, but 4-star characters are pretty good in this game, so it might work out.

For f2p player i suggest they should go for shorekeppper because a support brigns higher value and try their luck on camellya banner even if they dont get her the next characters are still gonna be good like scar geshulin phrolova etc so its a win win if you have a good support you can main anyone

I've already been able to 30/30 ToA as a f2p since before Xiangli Yao and only 2 limited 5 stars (Jiyan and Changli). Plus, I've been waiting for Camellya since we first saw her and I never really cared much for Shorekeeper (don't get me wrong, she is very pretty). I also never cared for pull value in the Gacha games I play, only pulling the ones that appeal to me design or lore-wise.

F2p will have a way better futureproof character in Shorekeeper but I've already been set on Camellya and to me it isn't even close. But hey, may all Shorekeeper or Camellya wanters be their havers. <3

Shorekeeper is objectively the correct decision. Cammy simps can do whatever they want.
