Stairway To Heaven taken from a 1981 German pressing of Led Zeppelin IV (it's a little worn sorry, I'd love a first issue but it's mega money)

Recording digitised using the following equipment:

Turntable: Technics SL-1200G
Cartridge: Audio Technica ART9
Amplifier: Devialet Expert Pro 440

Direct USB connection from the audio system into a MacBook Pro.
No audio manipulation whatsoever, this is straight from the vinyl and on to the finished video.

This came out in the year I was born. Honestly never really listened to it becuase of all the bad hype in guitar shops etc. about everybody wanting to play it.
Well, better late than never, but it's a great song. (Maybe I should go play it in a guitar shop🤣)

Wow, sounds amazing ! i also have a UK early press (1971) with A-2 ALLEN / B-2 PORKY matrix, they just came after the Red/Plums, and they are not expensive !! It would be nice to hear Roxy Music Avalon, a great song, and an excellent recording job by Rhett Davies ! Vintage UK early press ( Arun cut) would be my choice :-)

Another great track :) Sad news is that I had a first part is it was bought new on release and went to a few too many parties and something sticky was spilled on the record and it got stuck in the sleeve and a friend tried unsuccessfully to clean it then disposed of the those days I didn't take good care of my vinyl. I also have a damaged Dark Side Of The Moon first pressing that was dropped on its edge onto a tiled floor and has a nasty crack making it unplayable DOH!!! Who knew how much these would be worth 50 years
