Anna Wintour’s done a great job of convincing Condé Nast she’s irreplaceable, when that’s not actually the case. Does she have a wealth of institutional and industry experience? Absolutely. But does that mean no one else can successfully do her job and even take Vogue to the next level? Absolutely not.
