Anna is a great success and the owners of the Magazines that she is in
charge of are not going to make her leave. That would be killing the goose
that lays the golden eggs. Plus the designers and the public in general love her.
All of this and given that she seems to love her job, it would make no sense
to imply that she should give up her position. She has done so much good
for so many people too. Anna should only leave Her job if she is ready to retire.

There are many people who can rise to the top by their connections and networks but without talent like anna, how many can reign that position for 30 years? she really showed women can achieve many things, career, motherhood and power.
