I didn't think that I could like Tim Gunn more than I already did. He's so damn awesome for not only being appalled at Anna's behavior but, for also calling her out nationally without being worried about her response. He just doesn't give a single fuck.

I met him once. He couldn't have been kinder. He had just left a bridal fashion show. I am a police officer and I dropped my hat. He picked it up and I thanked him and told him I was a fan. He exchanged some stories with me. Nicest celebrity I ever met. A true gentleman.

He's a wonderful example of how a famous person who got there via us commoners remains kind, generous and thankful. She is an unsmiling narcissistic fashion icon that hasn't changed her appearance in 40 years and wears dark glasses to hide her self loathing from everyone.

I'm an overweight, straight, middle-aged ex-jock and I love this guy. I teach HS and used to coach football and wrestling and it's for this reason. He is an exemplar teacher. His guidance during PR (got hooked cause of Heidi and wife) is all about positive coaching with serious detailed feedback. It's all about getting the best out of everyone he meets. Never condescending and beams pure class. Also, I think that if I could get away with it and had the money, I'd dress like him.

Finally someone in fashion isn't afraid to say what's really going on with her. Every professor I had in fashion school were like Anna's bitches. In their eyes she could do no wrong and it really turned me off. Fashion is mean largely because of her. She has set an example for others in the industry to be horrible to one another

I saw him walking on the UWS in NYC. He was being chatted up by a fellow nanny (I was a nanny at the time) and just from what I overheard, he was so gracious and interested in them and not once did he make it about himself. I died!

Thank you for saying this, Mr Gunn. Everyone else is so sycophantic around her. I think it's funny that her favorite book is 'Pride and Prejudice', which is all about decency and good manners. Jane Austen would have had a field day skewering Wintour's nasty character.
