LEGS, LEGS, LEGS! This 20 minute strength session is going to be a quick blast for your lower body!
This pyramid lower body workout will target your quads, hamstrings, glutes, thighs, and calves and the only equipment you will need are your dumbbells! This workout is part of our PYRAMID SERIES, so it pairs perfectly with another one of our pyramid workouts!
This workout is structured as follows:
- 8 exercises
- Working for 20, 30, and finally 40 seconds (hence the pyramid style)
- Roughly 10-20 seconds of rest between each set
- 1 challenge at the end
Reminders: Take extra recovery when needed, focus on proper form, and challenge yourself by going heavy!
