LEGS, LEGS, LEGS! This 20 minute strength session is going to be a quick blast for your lower body!

This pyramid lower body workout will target your quads, hamstrings, glutes, thighs, and calves and the only equipment you will need are your dumbbells! This workout is part of our PYRAMID SERIES, so it pairs perfectly with another one of our pyramid workouts!

This workout is structured as follows:
- 8 exercises
- Working for 20, 30, and finally 40 seconds (hence the pyramid style)
- Roughly 10-20 seconds of rest between each set
- 1 challenge at the end

Reminders: Take extra recovery when needed, focus on proper form, and challenge yourself by going heavy!

Another amazing workout! I don’t know how you do it! I just don’t see myself ever going back to the gym because your classes are THAT good. I love the pyramids. I’m about to jump on the bike, and these leg workouts really help to make the rides more effective. Not easy, but effective!

I just did this after your Rock Ride and loved it. This workout really helps you build those lower body muscles that are so important for cycling and life in general! The wall sit finisher was awesome! Great workout! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟! Btw, Stella is adorable in the mini-van! 😂
