don't put drinking cups in compost, they're often wax or plastic lined and do not decompose in a home setting.
recipts are straight up plastic, def don't try that.

Only one I like is the cat shelter one...but in all honestly with my luck it would just get infested with insects and no cat would ever go in it. Lol

I’m a little confused on the lending library of food idea. If the point is to get food to people who need it, how does the “take one leave one” policy work? If people are in need of food, what would they have to leave in place of what they take? Wouldn’t that just leave them in the same place they started?

A while ago we did a thing like the lending library but people would bing their homegrown fruits, vegetables, flowers and herbs. During the winter not much grew and it got ruined so we had to take it down.

My neighborhood was perfect u til my bratty loud annoying huge family of neighbors moved in. Worst part is that they complain about us and carry our neighborhood banner for parades even though everyone hates them

I'm going to try the cat shelter as a way to comfort my little dog who is desperately afraid of thunder and rain. I think it might help insulate her from the noise.

on my island we use old tires as flower beds. We put them on the ground n fill them w soil n plant stuff in them. Or like a tire swing, I feel that either of these is better than making a weirdly short ottoman
