Neither sound harsh at all, both are really detailed. Just sometimes sounds like the rp has even more precise detail

The Reference line uses aluminum tweeters and IMG (Injection Molded Graphite) woofers. Aluminum is the most commonly used metal for home theater speakers. It is light, strong, and produces a bright sound at high frequencies. The Injection Molded Graphite (IMG) woofer is exceptionally light while being extremely rigid – providing remarkable low frequency response, with minimal cone breakup and distortion.

The Reference Premiere Line uses titanium tweeters and cerametallic woofers. Titanium is stronger and more dense than aluminum, allowing for higher volume levels, power handling, and overall sound quality. Klipsch’s Cerametallic woofers exhibit a very high stiffness-to-mass ratio and superb damping, resulting in an even more powerful, solid bass foundation than the IMG woofers.

Thanks for the review... Looking at pairing my Marantz model 30 with a pair of Klipsch RP 8000f floor standing speakers. My genre of music includes Classic rock, jazz, blues, country....
What do you think about this match?
Anything else I should consider?

Hey I just wanted to ask how will these sound plugged into the 8015, or the top of the line Denon receiver? I’m thinking of waiting for 1 more year, so I can get a receiver with good hdmi 2.1 compatibility for an Xbox series x. So this will all be for next year, so of course I will have to wait to hear, then with that kind of receiver. But I just felt like seeing how you thought they would sound coming out of a top of the line Denon receiver, vs a Marrantz receiver.

Sounds like there's more bass from the 820's
