I see there are a lot of negative comments which i think are unjust. He seemed to present a relatively unbiased presentation of the research, acknowledging the limitations of the studies and where we don't have all the answers. In the question section he appeared to answer honestly and admit when he didn't know. He can't be expected to know everything, his expertise is specific. I especially liked his answer to the question "is all soy GMO?" where he pointed out that all of the studies on soy were likely GMO and they still showed health benefits, so no need to worry there. To me that shows, i hope, that he understands science and is not an anti-science conspiracy quack. He's also recommended by Unnatural Vegan, who i trust, so that satisfies my cognitive bias and reinforces my respect for him. I enjoyed this talk and thought it was very informative. Will be looking for more of his videos.

You need to redo this whole thing. SO many points here are lacking or incorrect in information. It's misleading to the public. And recent vegan movements are meeting their caloric daily intake whereas a lot of vegans just eat a little here and there. It's incomparable.

I've recommend veganoutreach to vegans, potential vegans, vegetarians, my doctor, meat-eaters who think they know that one thing all vegans must be lethally deficient in (especially them!), and I can't recommend it enough!

Norris, you do excellent work, and you are a gem to have in such an important movement. Thanks for all the hard work—it never goes unnoticed!

Exactly! A vegans diet varies from vegan to vegan just like non-vegans.

The adventist health study 2 in 2013 now has fish eaters beating the vegans in longevity. Researchers say they need more participants to die to be more confident about comparing the adventist vegans, vegetarians, fish "vegetarians", weekly animal product eaters (semi "vegetarian").

If you had ketogenists on that list you'd find they would never ever get diabetes2 and cancer rate would also be much lower as well. People who don't get diabetes 2 are far less likely to ever suffer from heart desease and all the other medical problems that modern human is now stuck with.

When Alexander Graham Bell invented the telephone, he had 3 missed calls from Jack Norris.

Fear of spiders is called arachnophobia. Fear of Jack Norris is called logic.

Jack Norris doesn't call the wrong number. You answer the wrong phone.

There used to be a street named after Jack Norris, but they changed the name because no one crosses Jack Norris and lives.

Hey, all of those are about Chuck Norris. But I guess they could just as easily be about Jack Norris too.

Well, as what you attract what you do to others, so lets see that it might be Karma - that meat-eaters (eaters of animal corpses/animal DNA) is attracted to unhealthy health-destroying food.... yeah - I can relate that to Karma.. (o:=

So many variables in these studies that is makes them worthless. My favourite is the bone fracture study, how do you test that on a equal playing field? By dropping people from hight maybe:) The seminar at a whole was poor at best. The slides he showed had mistakes, Jack used guess work to answer questions and the legitimacy of these studies and the motive behind these studies is questionable to say the least. Thumbs down.
