I've been considering purchasing the Synology DS423+ mainly due to its transcoding capabilities. Could I ask how well your NAS handles files from iPhones, GoPros, and DJI drones(don't know if you have the drone files)? Does the playback through DLNA work smoothly? I'm particularly interested in your experience with playing live photos and videos from iPhones, and videos from GoPros and DJI drones.

Additionally, I'm also curious about the playback experience on mobile devices and through DLNA, unless you have experience with Plex, Jellyfin, or similar software. Any insights you can share would be greatly appreciated!
