Never use CBR unless you’re live streaming. You should never use CBR for an H.264 render, don’t follow this guide. You’re only exerting extra stress on your CPU for no reason. Instead run a VBR pass 20mbs over YouTube compression which is a pass is 50-65 for 4K and 30-40 for 1080p

For Instagram reels, do a pass of 20-25 to avoid IG compression problems.
