Tortilla Bread with Liquid Dough | Tortilla (Roti) | No Rolling No Kneading Roti Recipe

Flour/Atta
2 cups
Water
2 cups
Gradually add water
and mix well
Make sure there are no lumps
Salt
(as needed)
Sugar
1 tbsp
Powder Milk
1 tbsp
Oil
1 tbsp
Keep aside for 5 minutes
**The ratio of perfect batter = flour:water = 1:1**
Heat the pan. After the pan is hot, add batter to it and spread thin in one direction like dosa.
Now cook it from both sides.
Follow the same process and prepare all tortillas (roti)
