Hi, thanks for posting the video. Question: is it possible to get relief from massaging the pelvic floor muscles? If so, how would you do that with the genitals being in the way? Never heard of a massage person offering that service, but would be helpful if there's tension that needs to be released.

I have had pain in my groin and testis in the past and I went to doctors and got scans and everything and they didn’t find anything in my abdomen, groin, testis etc but I did exercises that I forgot that helped and now I have pain in my hip flexors glut and left testicle. What can I do ?

I was kicked in the privates by a girl and she kicked me really hard. I fell on the floor and I felt like she split up my balls with her heel. I was in pain for days after my balls were aching and bruised and I was feeling sick after she kicked me. I think I need to go to hospital because I can't feel my balls at all now sometimes. But sometimes I can feel them. I have pain weeks later and im worried that she damaged me. It is really embarrassing to talk about it but it is still really painful.
