Amazing no bake white chocolate cheesecake truffles with 4 ingredients! #easyrecipe #shorts

Ingredients:
80g biscuits (shortcake is recommended)
60g cream cheese
50g icing sugar
150g melted white chocolate (+ extra for topping)

1) Finely crush the biscuits using a food processor or a bag and rolling pin.

2) Pour the crushed biscuits into a bowl and mix with the cream cheese and icing sugar until fully combined.

3) Roll the mix into 1tbsp balls and place them on a plate.

4) Freeze for 30-60 minutes.

5) Coat the balls in the melted white chocolate, dripping off any excess.

6) Transfer them to a cooling rack and drizzle with more melted white chocolate.

7) Enjoy!

Note: Store them in the fridge.

I remember I made truffles, it was supposed to be vanilla with a milk/dark chocolate coat, and I was like “f that I’m giving it a white chocolate coat!” Results from that decision was that when my mom took a bite- no- put the whole thing in her mouth, causing it to be too sweet for her (she isn’t a sweet tooth person so that’s a reason for her dislike to it), it was over sweet at first for me so I took small bites as I ate them, eventually evolving to bigger bites as I adjusted to the sweetness, I ended up eating the whole rest we made. Which is fine by me as I loved them so much as an overly sweet tooth person so I had no regrets and plan to make the same mistake again!

Yum! I have done a similar recipe with chocolate oreos as the cookies

I do something similar except, I use strawberry cream cheese (no sugar but a pinch of salt and a splash of vanilla) I roll the ball in Oreo crumbs and dip it in dark chocolate.

Maybe you could add a wee bit of rum (and a bit of salt) into the biscuit mix to spice it up a little and make the eating experience a bit more exciting
