Delicious No Bake Cookies

Super delicious No Bake Cookies made with oats, peanut butter, and chocolate. These cookies are unbelievably easy to make and have the most delicious fudgy and chewy texture. They come together in just about 2 minutes!

We love making no bake cookies at our house; they're packed with chocolate peanut butter flavor and make perfect snacks. You might remember I made a video for these way back before the new kitchen was finished. I've since updated the recipe over time and so thought it would be fun to make a new video!

John's "2 tsp of vanilla" screams "2 shots of vodka" energy. Iykyk.

these are some of my FAVORITE no bakes. I have high school memories of leaving school at lunch time and running to the local restaurant that sold these and then sneaking back to school! I will absolutely be making these!

I remember a neighbor making these for us back in the 1960’s when I was a child. One of my favorite treats.

I'm not sure if you read comments on old videos but this recipe required no effort to make and yet tastes outstanding. I have loved every single recipe from you so far and you make each one easy to follow. Originally I was going to use some regular cocoa powder on it but i decided to opt for a higher quality one I usually save for cakes. I'm glad I did because the flavor really comes through. Going to try a bit of flaky salt on top of them tomorrow as i'm sure it'll go perfect with them.

If anyone has problems with them spreading too much just chill a baking sheet you put parchment paper over and they should set even quicker. I didn't have any room in my fridge due to Christmas prep so I just stuck them outside for like 20 minutes because i's so cold due to the winter storm haha.

My aunt used to make these when she got upset or nervous. When her only daughter left to go to college we ate them for two weeks as did the rest of the family! Thanks for bringing back a great memory!

My mom always called these Chocolate Oatsies and she replaced half a cup of oats with a half a cup of unsweetened coconut. They are so incredibly good with coconut in them. That's the way that my family makes them now.

No bakes hold a special place in my heart. My father has made them for as long as I can remember.

I'll likely eat it all by myself, but ok

I think this is the first thing my mother ever taught me to make. I've never used vanilla before - I shall from now on! Thank you.

One of my absolutely favorite treats. I give them out to family and friends along with many other things, during the holidays.

My creative twist on chocolate no bake cookies is to cool the chocolate longer than required for the recipe. Yes, cook it a bit longer so by the time you add the oats it will immediately start to set in the pan. YES, set in the pan but keep stirring stirring stirring. Then once you are done you can spread those crumbs on a piece of wax paper to cool. Instead of cookies you have chocolate no bake cookie crumbs. You can throw some chocolate no bake cookie crumbs on top of your ice cream! You can grab a handful as a snack, like you would granola!
(The truth is, I was making these and let the mix cook to long. I threw in my oats and started to stir and the mix was hardening in the pan and there was no time to drop them into cookies on wax paper. So I continued to stir until all the oats were coated. My niece and sister came into my kitchen and I told them to get out the ice cream. We each had a bowl and threw some of these on top. They loved it! ) Plus I didn't have to tell them I actually goofed making them but we still make a batch of crumbs every few months.
