Thanks for sharing your experience. Never used Talkspace before, but now that in-person therapy's so tough, it seems even more convenient. Finding the right person's so important and that motivates the consistency you mentioned. I do therapy and recently started making vids about mental health and stuff, so it's great to see what other people are sharing. Thanks again!
