How to Install SSH in powershell and cmd (Windows 7,8,10)

im having a problem when i press shift and the button on the right of the mouse it wont let me go to command prompt.. i did everything else right up until this point (2:40) please help :( how did you do it ? do i press shift and then the mouse or what?....

I have an old Windows 7 machine, and this win64-openssh is not working well. It is working, but very weird - when I hit enter the command is not entered, and when I press Enter again, I hear a beep and the command is entered.
