Why about an adjudicated delinquent case/conviction that happened about 20 years ago?

Please help me write a pardon to California governor, I have been clean for over 15 years. I had a misdemeanor over a DV conviction which has been expunged for court and been clean since then.

So if a felony was punishable by two years in a state prison can they also get a governor's pardon?

I'm confused. You mentioned if the crime involved a firearm, then the Governor's Pardon will not allow you to possess a firearm but short of that it will allow you to restore your 2nd amendment rights (the right to bear arms)? Please explain.

So I’m assuming that there are no such government pardons for misdemeanor domestic violence cases. Even if it’s past 10-15 years. Which would imply due to the nature and language of the federal law. People with a Felony domestic violence can have their rights restored by federal law, but no one for misdemeanor domestic violence can? Am I correct?
