Thank you, the trick I later found out if you want to keep the exact same file, maybe you are using it in other processes is create an empty file in the location and instead of the create file action in power automate, you use the update file action.
That was a great time saver

This is very informative.
How about if you need to get/add some columns from other list? The sharepoint lists are relational to each other by the key 'ID'. how would you do it?

@Essential Excel My csv is only coming back with the headers on and no content. I've got everything but since I have different content types in 1 list so I chose to select from sub folder.

Great video! I want to create a CSV file with the new or modified entries from the SharePoint list, not to get all the existing data all the time and put it in the CSV file. Something more like filtering by the new entries. Do you know how can i implement that?

It worked! Is it possible to download comments in Lists, too? If so, how?

For 3rd step (create csv table), "automated" option doesn't export field names to csv, which is a big MISS by this function. It is cumbersome to manually map all fields 1-by-1if you have a lot of lists or fields ... do you know if there is a good way to automatically export csv with field names w/o manual mapping? thanks

Nice, straightforward video...thanks. Can you enhance this one a little by explaining how to 'check-in' the file you've just created to a SharePoint folder too. I know not all SP area have Check In enabled but for those that do it would be really useful to understand that part of the automation. I've been trying for ages and can't seem to get anywhere.
