I got my first DUI lastnight but I wasnt in my car and I had a flat came back to my car to lock it up cause I only lived 1 minute away car was parked in turkey hill they called the cops I told cops I was watching game at bar had a single drink but here's the kicker bar is 20 second walk across the street from my house I told didn't care so #1 I was anywhere near my car #2 bar is right next to my house I walked back down to turkey hill to let the girl know I was going to leave car there till the morning

I got my first DUI ten years ago. I paid all fines and took DUI classes like ordered. I didn't have a vehicle to put the interlock as ordered. I live in a small town, to where everything is walking distance or using my bicycle. Now....I recently got a car. Do I have to get interlock installed, still? That is the only thing on my records. I was stopped three months ago and given citation for driving without a license. What should I do? I have court in January. It has been (the court dates) rescheduled twice.

Anybody who gets into a vehicle knowing they are under the influence of Drink or Drugs should be banned from the road for min 12 months.
