2:16 As I know that in Chapter 1, we’ve mentioned that English word in French would be masculine. But in here, “gym” in French would be feminine. Is it because it is a original French/Latin word or is it an exception?

By the way, I notice that in the “la tristesse” section in the book, the word démotivation is labeled as masculine. I’m a little confused. Is that an exception for -tion words or a mistake?

Pour moi, je suis super ambitieux donc j’essaye toujours à apprendre plus de chose que tout le monde. Et aussi je suis curieux des choses que j’aime. Je pense qu’émotif est le meilleur adjectif pour me décrire 😅
Je suis un « nerd » donc je suis un peu timide, mais par contre, je peux être hyper énergique et actif 😂

Hi Dylane. I've been trying to find out about something for ages... We are taught that 'I'm sorry' is translated as 'je suis désolé' but in film after film (and several times throughout the series 'Dix pour cent') I keep HEARing something like 'je désolé' or' j'ai désolé': what are they ACTUALLY saying and is the 'suis' normally/frequently dropped in spoken or 'street' French in this phrase? I don't think it's just me as I've found several other people asking the same question when I google it - but all those replying just seem to deny that it's happening. Please enlighten me.
