Calculate Moving Average of last 5 Rows in Excel

Video shows you how to have Excel automatically calculate the moving average, sum, biggest value and smallest value of the last 5 data points in specific column.

Once you add new data the average range will move down to include that new data and exclude the older data.

How to make this into a moving last 5 reference .... for example if someone has new data coming in and they add rows so will the last 5 move accordingly down to represent the last 5 ....

Does this work horizontally? i have a pivot table that continues to grow to the right. i have been asked to create to date totals and the pivot results actually go beyond that so i have grand totals, but i need the running total to date. Plus, i have to sum every 4th cell. This is a more advanced ask. Hmm. i think i will use a SUMIFs formula for this, at the source import. i can use your vid for another spreadsheet I have though. i have a downward results sheet for my blood pressure and want a running 5 day or 10 day avg. this works for that. thnks.
