You should do a part two of this . Where another person is told these rules and they achieve it or something. Or one where they don't and we see the owner ?

The place is alive, for lack of a better word. The soul of the owner exists in there, and much of the memories are intact, including the entire strict upbringing of following the rules.

Feed the cat. No problem. You can only drink the wine at certain times? Meh, I don't drink alcohol. No problem there. Sit on the couch but don't sleep on it--beds are more comfortable anyway. Make sure everything is turned off? No problem. Don't go in the room? Easy as pie. $200 for doing nothing. Yay!

Bruh the only hard rule here is locking the doors. Trusting people is the only challenge

Well here is how I won't die if I were in this.
1. Wine taste like shit.
2. I have three dogs.
3. I just sit and sleep on the bed.
4. No friends.
5. I would probably forget to even lock the doors.
6. Don't use the TV, I just use the computer or my phone.
7. I'm not a curious horror movie character.

House Keeping 101, it's wise to follow the rules that the house owner provided if she or he isn't presented. I think consequences befall on her and I'm willing to do much anything to follow the rule to get an extra money in my paycheck.

She had a simple job and disobeyed the rules. The consequence is her life.

6:55 I would follow the rules. I, unlike everyone else that woman had house-sit, am a strict rule-follower. I once dog-sat for my friend at her apartment for the day. She said that if I wanted, I could raid her fridge, play her Xbox and use her laptop. I just sat on her couch and read my book for the whole day. I only got up to take her dog for a walk. This was a close family friend and one of the coolest people I know, but I didn't feel comfortable reaping her home. I like to believe I am respectful and I am good to someone's home (or soal, depending on the person, or house). I honestly can't understand why the girl in the video has such blatant disrespect for someone's home and property. I feel bad for the creepy woman. She was so cool, even making up a bed and saying the girl could have some of her (rather expensive-looking) wine and giving her the WiFi password. I would really like for the homeowner to hire someone who learned to follow set rules and be respectful. Good video!

Guys! I figured it out! I figured out what was going on in the video!
THE OWNER IS THE APPARTEMENT!!!
Think about it. How does she know, if she's breaking the rules? She also says, that the house is a reflection of her soul! HER SOUL IS IN THE APPARTEMENT!!
