A brown out is the power plan lowering the voltage from 120v to 90v or even 80v. This stretches the number of consumers without going to a full outage. This lower voltage dims lights and slows some electronics, but some electronics fail and can be damaged by this lower voltage.

I don't have a problem with nuclear energy, but I do have a problem with Google getting too powerful, which it already has to some degree. Google needs to be broken up.

It states very clearly that nuclear energy is more efficient than other energy. Technology is much better at dealing with atomic waste these days. Also, I totally agree with breaking up Google. They have too much power these days.

The only reason Google hasn't gotten into the war industry yet is because they haven't figured out how to run ads on bombs.

“Don’t be evil” were good times for Google. That’s when they really went nuclear. What changed?

I think I heard somewhere that Thorium reactors don't produce as much nuclear waste

Most block chain solutions require allot of power. Nuclear is a not a problem - managing it is demanding and requires discipline. Consider how many nuclear ships there exist.
