Cappuccino Freddo recipe

If you have an espresso machine at home and ideally a blender, this recipe is easy to make and it only requires a few simple steps. You can also blend the espresso and milk separately, and create that beautiful layered look. Oh, and if you have a sweet tooth, you can add a touch of maple or almond syrup.

• 3-4 ice cubes
• Cold milk of your choice
• Double shot of espresso
• Blend it all up
• Serve in a tall glass over ice
