Greek Freddo Cappuccino

A refreshing drink thats perfect for warm weather!

I come across this drink a couple days ago and decided to try it at home! I am not greek, so it’s hard to replicate the recipe and keep it authentic. I found some recipes using skim milk instead of heavy cream but I didnt have that at home so I decided to use heavy cream instead!

Recipe:
☕️ double shot espresso
☕️ (optional) 1-2 tsp sugar
☕️ 3 part heavy cream
☕️ 1 part milk

Note: can use Skim milk instead of heavy cream and milk

In a shaker or mason jar, add double shot espresso and sugar. Shake until espresso is cooled and frothy. Set aside. In a glass or shaker, add the milk and use a frother to froth until thick. Optional, add sugar to the foam. Assemble the drink by adding frothy espresso, ice and the foam.
