It was on and so was the NVIDIA Privacy setting to allow desktop capture but it still does not work. Any further tips?

for me hardware accelerated gpu was already on but the privacy control option is still not there

Also make sure you dont have netflix, Hbo max or anything like that open on browser or in general

EDIT: Okay, that worked, and then immediately stopped working. I find out that when my Microsoft Edge is open, recording doesn't work... When I close the browser, I can record desktop again. Probably something conflicts between graphics acceleration settings between browser and pc...
