Can attest. There is a new massive Delhivery warehouse just outside my city on the Mumbai-Pune highway, and whenever I pass by it, it is always busy.

Delhivery's services are worse. They claim doorstep delivery but when the package arrives they call and ask to collect from their office.

customer service of Delhivery is worse then a shit . no matter what you will never be able to talk to their any human representative in customer service. I have multiple worse customer service experiences with Delhivery.
BlueDart is way better then this company.

Worst in INDIA, This delivery service should never be opted by any reputed commercial website and should be banned.
Delivery boys straight away refuses to deliver the parcel. They have a software glitch where they cannot mark a delivery complete, which is why they refuse to deliver my parcel. It is still in the local warehouse. Each morning they tag it as Out for delivery and At the end of the day mark it as "Could not reach the customer"
They are a busy posting about company's growth in social media but have no single point of contact for customer to reach out for complaining. The only phone number is an IVR. No human responses for tickets that are raised through out.
I do not know how much lower they can go from here on

Hey Man beautiful content and I can see this channel gaining mass appeal soon.
Just had a small suggestion, no doubt the video was VERY Informative but it almost felt like I was watching a commercial of Delhivery with you explaining the usp of the company. Like, Yes now I know the co. uses a P2P model but still not clear about how exactly it functions on ground or how is it exactly better than Hub n spoke.
Since majority of your viewership would not be from commerce, I think a detailed example/walkthrough might work wonders. My curiosity is more than it was when I clicked on the video.

Anyway, Hope you take this in good spirit and looking forward to see more of your videos.

I've ordered a phone and it's prepaid... Expected delivery date was 30th july ... today is 9th of august still the order is in transit even after 16 No customer support, nothing!! all I can do is raise tickets which nobody replies.... can somebody help me out if you've faced the same Delhivery is a SCAM!!!

Bad logistics platform. Established so long ago but still have not developed the man power or their delivery model. Sucking blood of customers by putting them in dark for several days without delivering. Their trucks lay unloaded for several days citing warehouse is choked and man power shortage.
