Horizontal shaft In a ridding lawn mower

How to install a Horizontal shaft engine in a ridding mower. The ridding lawn mower is a craftsman and the engine is a Briggs and Stratton 5hp.

i did it by mounting the engine above & behind the axle, after rotating the transaxle 90°, so the input was horizontal. I then connected the two with a 1000rpm centrifugal clutch & #35 chain.

it went over 25mph with a stock Predator 212.

now I feel like buying that lawn mower that is for sale down the road from me for this reason LOL ive been trying to figure out an idea of how to do this. ive seen mowers that where designed like this from factory such as the cub cadet, and I knew it was possible, just wasnt sure how to do it. thanks for the video. this will shred the belts so fast with the belt twisiting like that

I can see the outer drive belt is easy to remove but how do you remove the belt from the bottom of the going to the transmission
