I tried this recipe, first I got mustard in both my eyes and fell into the hot pan-then I got such gas from this sandwich that I lifted myself off the chair and flew into a glass tabletop and cut my larynx.

When I was a kid, my dad and I used to get the Cuban sandwich to go, wrapped in paper, in the very early morning, when we were on vacation in Key West. We'd bring the sammies with us on the charter fishing boat. We'd deep-sea fish all morning, in the ocean, and then around noon we'd go in the boat's cabin and have our Cuban sandwiches together. A fond memory!!
