Let’s face it, majority of everything we eat is unhealthy. I find myself reading the nutrition labels of everything I buy from the store.

Found this out the hard way. Thought they would be a healthy treat for my autistic son until he started getting extremely aggressive. It was the sugar. Now that he is older, he is off of sugar and will tell me "Can't eat that, makes my brain crazy." It's amazing how many things you will find sugar in too. Thank you doctor, and this community for always sharing your knowledge. Hugs to everyone💕✨

I just make my own if I have time. You still need some sort of sugar but at least you can control the amount.

Critic acid is from mold, natural flavoring can be anything, soy and wheat are GMO...even fresh produce, the pesticide maybe the problem! Even rice has arsenic...and I know the rice is not the same as before. When I was young, we rinsed the rice once or twice before cooking it. It had no bubble. Now, I have to wash 20+ times but I still can't get rid of the white stuff and bubbles.

You know I learned this a couple years ago from you and stoped eating them and lost weight and feel so much better I use to pack them in my lunch pale everyday because I thought I was eating healthy not so much ! Thanks doc your the best 💪💪💪💪💪💪👍👍👍👍👍

These are to only be eaten for working out, hiking, etc. That way you can burn it out.

😱those manufacturers lie to us all the time, haven’t eaten them for ages but thanks dr this reminder is making us stay well away, i virtually run past those sugar bars.

*If it’s full of carbs, sugar and calories - you might as well skip the granola, cereals, bran muffins and biscuits - and just EAT THE DANG COOKIE your were craving in the first place!!!*

*Same goes for juices too! Many of them are no different than SODA!!!* 🤨

The major INGREDIENT SUGARS OF ALL TYPES some good ones use fruit like dates. It is the binding ingredient.

I like the Atkins protein bars and avoid bars registering more than 2 grams of sugar.

C'mon doc. Comparing carbs on granola bars... Even with no added sugar, the carb amount would likely be similar.
