FYI, just one example, a Russian "opposition" figure, Ilya Yashin, 19:41, "As a part of peaceful settlement..." actively cooperated as a politician and elected deputy with the Russian DoD being a head of the conscription commission in Moscow. Moreover, Yashin got his certificate of honor from the DoD for a well-made job. The "peacemaker" actively cooperated with the DoD until April 2018, i.e., all DoD cooperation after Russia invaded Ukraine in 2014!

This is how you say that your military are pussies without having to say so.. those F-16’s are so old. I worked on them and C-130’s.. If you F-16’s frightens you this much, then maybe you shouldn’t be threatening the west.. Our US arsenal has weapons and countermeasures the likes your imagination couldn’t conjure… Ukraine has only a small fraction of mainly defensive and some offensive weapons… They don’t even have 15% of our capabilities.. not to mention the small number of them left.. mmmm I’d hate to be a Russian right now.
