Wow that’s so much weight you’re really strong and that was after a year of break! You said to always warm up and I’m wondering what do you do for your warm up and stretching the lats? I scrolled through your videos but couldn’t find a video, keep it up

I have started doing weighted pullups like few months ago and right now can do 20 kilos 4x5. I haven't really thought about 1RM but pretty sure the bar I have wouldn't hold more than 100-120kilos of total weight.

Awesome strenght.It is true that weighted pull ups will help you do more reps?Also i think l sit pull ups are great💪.I wonder where so much strenght fit in a not so big muscle.It's magic or something😁

Mad respect, and here I can't break through 45kg. When you said "after not training for it", does that mean you stopped weighted pullups for a year? So only bodyweight pullups and OAP kept your strength?
