In this video, I test my 1-rep max for weighted pull-ups! Weighted pull-ups have been one of my favorite exercises for the past few years. I typically do weighted pull-ups with pyramid sets, while trying to either slightly increase the weight or the reps every couple of weeks.

Welcome to our homeland 🇦🇱 and good work 💪. You have a disadvantage having long arms and still killed it. At almost 6ft with a 76 inch reach I know how tough it is do go beyond 44lbs, you made it look easy lol 😆😄

I think my max is probably 110( far )and 115-120 shoulder with grip
