Yup, I realized I simply cannot consume dairy 🥛 🧈, NOT EVEN ghee. I DO tolerate raw unpasteurized dairy with NO problem! 🙏

I buy beef & pork fat trimmings and air fry it with each meal. I also add whipped tallow (I make from suet) to my coffee Using a little blender. (You can also add ‘sweet cream’ flavor drops)

Beef fat is much better for me. I bought an Amish roll of butter which has just pasteurized milk and salt. My tongue has been caky white. Irish butter is tolerated much better. I need to stop eating eggs and possibly all dairy. I’ve tried very lightly heated raw milk. I still had a negative reaction even though it was much less. Cheese is my culprit. A nutritionist told me many years ago that you’re sensitive to foods you’re addicted to. Truth!

Tallow makes me sick every time I eat it, no matter if I make it or buy it🤦🏼‍♀️ so frustrating

If you don’t have access to butter or tallow is it ok to use lard instead?

I do not like beef tallow at all. Can’t choke it down. So butter for me.
