320g | 2.68Cup High-gluten flour/all-purpose flour
160ml | Water (room temperature)
40g | 2.67tbsp Cooking oil
40g | 2.67tbsp Unsalted butter (softened)
30g | 2tbsp Sugar/sugar substitute
5g | 0.5tbsp Cocoa powder
1pc | 50g+- Egg
3g | 0.5tbsp Instant yeast
3g | 0.5tbsp Salt

Dough 2 Recipe:
320g | 2.68Cup High-gluten flour/all-purpose flour
160ml | Water (room temperature)
40g | 2.67tbsp Cooking oil
40g | 2.67tbsp Unsalted butter (softened)
30g | 2tbsp Sugar/sugar substitute
1pc | 50g+- Egg
3g | 0.5tbsp Instant yeast
3g | 0.5tbsp Salt

Preheat the Oven at 175°C (350°F) (or middle-lower rack )bake for 20 minutes,
Bake until the surface of the bread turns golden brown.

Due to variations in flour's water absorption, adjust the amount of water in the recipe (increase or decrease) accordingly. The proofing time will vary based on the room temperature, but as long as the dough doubles in size, it is ready. Adjust the oven temperature as needed.
