Minimalism saved my motherhood... it makes me so emotional every time I think about it... I now get to see my babies growing and I can be the one who raises them and influences them.
I felt this video so close to my heart, especially as you described that anxiety feeling.
Thanks so much for sharing!
I hope you'll be able to help other people through your testimony

Thank you so much for sharing! The “pit in our stomach” is a HUGE indicator our bodies give to us. It says “it’s time to make a change!!!” I had the same pit and I recently resigned after 26 years working for the same bank. I am trying to learn what my “dream job” would be, but in the meantime I’ve been decluttering and feeling great! I am taking actions towards Minimalism and I have learned so much from you!!

I can relate- just left my teaching job after 13 years in public schools. I could not do it one more day.

I quit my career in the medical field for 15 years. I know it’s so freeing.🎉🎉❤❤❤

Appreciate the thought process behind the big decisions we see others do online.
Your passion for minimalism is contagious. While I am not on a materialistic decluttering I need more mental space

❤🌻 You go for it girl! Thousands of people have benefited from your journey and you have helped us continue on our journeys as well. I know I wouldn’t have had the motivation had I not found you on your You tube channel. You encourage us… so let us encourage you to forge on by letting you know how helpful your content is to those of us who feel the same way about decluttering our lives. Sending you love and strength from Sheron in Toowoomba. Australia.

I’ve loved hearing your story, Becky 💛 I have also found so much clarity after incorporating minimalism into my life. It truly feels like it clears up mental space to see what truly matters to us.

A friend of mine's daughter also had a tough time for one year teaching in TN. Her co-workers (women) were very petty and envious. Seriously, do some people ever move on from high school? She transferred to another state. Kudos to you for stepping out in faith and believing you could make all those changes.

The definition of success definitely changes as we grow and transform.
Sometimes, we get "involuntarily pushed" into changes (long story), but they are blessings that we truly need, and couldn't do for ourselves.
Thank you for sharing such a great video!

Thank you Becky!❤❤❤I quitted my job to become a full time housewife sometime 10 years ago. It was I thought would be a heartbreaking moment but it turned that THAT decision was one of the best things that ever happened because I watch my daughter as she grows. I have so much time to take care and be with my family. And THAT for me qualifies as SUCCESS. And because of minimalism, so much energy not spent on taking care of things. Thank you soooo much. Keep on inspiring God bless you and your family❤❤❤

Because of you I started my minimalist journey. Already it's made such a huge difference and impact in my life. I'm not where I should be but I'm excited to see how much more it will change my life. I feel happier and more care free. The difficult part is letting go of the idea that things define who I am as a person. I definitely struggle with it still. Especially when I'm surrounded by people that have a lot of beautiful things.

Love your channel! My son quite his high school teaching job three years ago after 18 years in Henrico. He had just HAD IT with so many things. He's really struggling right now with that decision and what he should do now. He's doing a lot of tutoring, but needs a new career!

My daughter is starting college next month, majoring in English- adolescent education. She has had many people caution her that it's a very tough profession, especially in light of pushing more social agendas in the public schools. Thanks for sharing your new passion 😊

Thank you for making this video❤ My life mirrors yours in so many ways. I’ve been in the teaching field in one way or another for 30 years. Normally I’d be starting a new school year in the next 3 weeks so it feels weird to not be getting ready to go back. I can relate to the exact feeling of having a pit in my stomach as the school year trudged along last year. You’re way ahead of me in the fact that I don’t know exactly what I want to do next yet though. I’ll be staying home until December other than a little subbing here and there so once my decluttering is done I’ll be able to take some time to just think and figure out what my next steps will be. Honestly, I’m just looking for a simpler life😊

You did a great job explaining the process Becky, I'm glad you eventually went for it, left teaching & started a new journey ❤️

My husband and I both taught ESL (he still does) and I recently decided to quit my job. I just felt like for my mental well being I couldn’t keep doing it. I really enjoyed it when we taught in Vietnam, but it’s a whole other ball game in the states. Glad you followed your intuition too ❤♥️

When I went on maternity leave with my twins I decided to start a YouTube channel to document my twins life. I have had three YouTube channels since then and I am loving every minute of it ❤
