Touch screen not working or responding / touch problem / unresponsive touch screen - easy solution / fix

This is the first time i am seeing this problem in my yuphoria, i found this solution after some research, you can use this on any other android phone or iphone whose touch is not working.

I installed a bug fixing update last week, before that update i never saw this problem.
