How to learn a One Arm Handstand?
This is a very difficult skill and athletes even with a good level of training, spend a lot of time to achieve.
Today I invited a circus artist to show you a couple of exercises that will help you learn the one-arm handstand and improve your balance.

Cool to see the difference between the hyperextending elbows and almost full split straddle (Valik) and the "normal" elbows and straddle of Andry

9:20 the 90° turns would be good to do them clockwise in addition to counter-clockwise. Eventually, a full 360° in each direction.

Also improving your middle splits would increase your flexibility, widening your straddle, making the side to side balance while in the straddle a bit easier.

14:40 when looking at the fingers it would be good to focus on a particular spot. Paul Twyman suggests a spot between your thumb and index finger.
