Long story... I tried out for my local college football (soccer) team and I was the only one that didn't make it. Why? On tryouts, I had to admit that I lacked energy... I didn't focus on my stamina too much.

What's funny is that the coach even selected players that were considered "overweight". He even told them that they will have to loose weight too. Not to brag... But I knew that could've done more to the team than the other players..

Now, seeing the team, half of the players left the team and I have no idea why... Tbh I felt that I should've be in the team by now I'm like

So yea... My tip to you guys is to always be on shape and practice as possible. I gave up on college but im still living the good life of playing football for fun. Good luck to you guys.

It's easier than you think!

But only if you take the steps I talk about in this video.

The good news is most players don't do these things.

I have to get up at 5:30 to go to school but I wake up earlier to go on a run. But after school, I am exhausted but somehow get myself to go on another run and go to a soccer field to train. I actually don't have a quality videos because i wasn't concerned about making videos when i am playing here at my local teams. I would have created tons of video highlights if i was aware of it.
