Windows 10 > Search Credential Manager > Windows Credentials > Delete at least 8 old entries (all XblGrts... can be deleted). Try again.

Roblox abuses this feature of Windows and adds a lot of entries but sometimes there is not enough space.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
If neither of any solutions would work, there's ONE solution that guaranteed to work
Instead having to go download studio and open and do login page, which it will not work
I HEAVILY RECOMMEND that you go to roblox, your roblox creation page, and click edit in any places, and do the login like the previous one but this time it will work

go to credential manager
go to windows credentials
remove everything that has ROBLOX in it
reload roblox studio
it should've logged you out, log in again and you should be allowed access
