Technique is right on the money. It's not the gauge of the canula but the calibre of the vein. Taking 20G more distally would've been more ergonomically and clinically useful.

Not a good thing to put cannula at joints and secondly the cannula you put was out as there was no back flow of blood

I never watch my IV’s being inserted into my skin & vein because I’d probably get lightheaded…. It doesn’t seem to bother me when it’s someone else tho…. 🤔🤔🤔

sir even in etco2 notch is not seen and surgeon starts scolding us patient is out…..
plus same drug have different time in different indiviual ….what to do ??
i m in first year residency my faculty just vanishes after inducing patient i m so anxious coz of surgeon scolding sir

Should not touch the site after using the sterile swab to clean....many people do this...but it is wrong
