There are a lot of calcium rich vegetables and fruits. You can check out the high calcium foods list I created and you can see how easy it is to find good sources of calcium. Isn't 1, 000 - 1, 200 milligrams of Calcium recommended daily for the human body? One's going have to eat a ton of those other food sources that have less than 250 milligrams of Calcium per serving!
