That's how I did my subframe ones. Little hard on the drill though, burned one of my cheapo ones up, so I had to upgrade to a decent one. If the metal sleeves don't just push out, they will also pop out well by hammering a flathead or pry bar behind them and bending them into little hearts.

Where can get those rear knuckle bushings?

I tried that and when I install the insert, the bushing expands outward making it impossible for me to install the track bar into the bracket on the frame. (Poly bushings)
